Job Title: Guest Activities Attendant

Location: Kananaskis Village, Alberta, Canada

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Guest Activities Attendant to join our team at the Kananaskis Mountain Lodge. As a key member of our resort team, you will be responsible for creating unforgettable experiences for our guests of all ages through a wide range of activities and events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and coordinate activities to engage our family guests, including campfires, movie nights, and holiday celebrations.
  • Plan, organize, and facilitate age-appropriate activities and games to keep children entertained and engaged throughout the day.
  • Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and their experience is memorable.
  • Work independently and unsupervised, with a focus on maintaining a clean and safe environment for guests.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless execution of activities and events.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years' experience in a similar role within a resort or hospitality setting.
  • Previous experience working with children and families is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
