Job Title: Office Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Receptionist to join our team at WM Fares & Associates Inc.

Job Summary:

The Office Receptionist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and performing administrative tasks to support the smooth functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet clients and visitors, respond to inquiries, and provide information on our services and policies.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the switchboard, answer phone calls, and relay messages to staff members.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform data entry, filing, and other clerical duties as required.
  • Technology: Operate electronic schedulers, word processing software, and other office equipment.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
