About the Role

Xtreme Security Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the operations team, including preparing reports, managing files, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders, including responding to emails and phone calls in a timely manner.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in the coordination of projects, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Reporting: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, and organizational skills.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
Working Conditions
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced office environment.
  • Work Schedule: 35 hours per week.
  • Language: English.
