Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Kulwant Gill Medicine Professional Corporation. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating administrative services, evaluating department operations, and managing daily activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Co-ordinate administrative services, including records management, security, finance, purchasing, and human resources
- Evaluate the operations of a department providing administrative services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes
- Manage the operations of a department providing a single administrative service, ensuring efficient and effective delivery
- Collect and record administrative and service fees, ensuring accurate and timely payment
- Assist in preparing annual budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
- Conduct research, gathering and analyzing data to inform decision-making
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery
- Direct and advise staff engaged in providing administrative services, providing guidance and support as needed
- Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures, ensuring adherence to established standards
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
- Interview, hire, and provide training for staff, ensuring they are equipped to meet the needs of the organization
- Plan, administer, and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies, ensuring effective and efficient use of resources
- Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Manage knowledge, ensuring that information is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to staff
- Assist in the planning and execution of financial statement audits, ensuring compliance with established standards
- Manage events, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery
- Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate and timely tracking of assets
- Supervise office and volunteer staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- 11-15 years of experience in a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing circumstances
- Excellent judgment and decision-making skills
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Time management and ability to meet deadlines
The Operations Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring excellent time management and prioritization skills. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Language:The primary language of work is English.
Hours:The Operations Manager will work 35 hours per week.
