Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate administrative services, including record management, security, finance, purchasing, and human resources.
  • Evaluate the operations of a department providing administrative services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
  • Manage the operations of a department providing a single administrative service, ensuring efficient and effective delivery.
  • Collect and record administrative and service fees, and assist in preparing annual budgets.
  • Conduct research and plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
  • Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, or other administrative services.
  • Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures within established guidelines.
  • Hire and train or arrange for training of staff, and interview, hire, and provide training for staff.
  • Plan, administer, and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies.
  • Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services.
  • Manage knowledge and assist in the planning and execution of financial statement audits.
  • Manage events, organize and maintain inventory, and supervise office and volunteer staff.
Requirements:
  • 11-15 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Access, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Windows, and Google Drive.
  • Knowledge of accounting software and electronic mail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong organizational and time management skills.

Language:

The language of work is English.

Hours of Work:

The hours of work are 35 hours per week.
