Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Kulwant Gill Medicine Professional Corporation. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating administrative services, evaluating department operations, and managing daily activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Co-ordinate administrative services, including record management, security, finance, purchasing, and human resources.
- Evaluate the operations of a department providing administrative services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
- Manage the operations of a department providing a single administrative service, ensuring efficient and effective delivery.
- Collect and record administrative and service fees, and assist in preparing annual budgets.
- Conduct research and plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
- Direct and advise staff engaged in providing administrative services, including records management, security, finance, purchasing, and human resources.
- Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures within established guidelines.
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff, and interview, hire, and provide training for staff.
- Plan, administer, and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies.
- Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services.
- Manage knowledge and assist in the planning and execution of financial statement audits.
- Manage events, organize and maintain inventory, and supervise office and volunteer staff.
- 11-15 years of experience in a related field.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Access, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Windows, and Google Drive.
- Knowledge of accounting software and electronic mail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Judgement and ability to make informed decisions.
- Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Team player with excellent time management skills.
The Operations Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment, with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively.
