We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Administration Specialist to join our team at Accoravillage. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our program managers and business units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and Coordinate internal and external activities within a clearly defined scope.
  • Gather Information and provide administrative and client support to teams and business units.
  • Perform Tasks by utilizing established procedures and processes.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2-4 Years of experience in program administration, communications, client services, or related fields.
  • Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to present data and findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Detail-Oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and quality.
  • Strong Problem-Solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Attention to Detail with strong editing skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual - ability to communicate in English and French is a strong asset.
  • Familiarity with Healthcare environment and best practices.
  • Enthusiasm and Passion for the role and the company's mission.
