Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Associate to join our team at Empire Diner. As a Food Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take orders from customers and ensure prompt delivery of food and beverages
  • Stock refrigerators and salad bars with fresh ingredients
  • Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand
  • Portion and wrap foods for take-out
  • Keep records of food quantities used
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and surfaces
  • Prepare and heat simple food items
  • Operate dishwashers to wash dishes and glassware
  • Receive and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, and cupboards
  • Sweep, mop, and polish floors
Work Environment

As a Food Service Associate, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a physically demanding role. You will be required to work under pressure and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
