Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Server to join our team at Empire Diner. As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Take orders from customers and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages
  • Stock and maintain refrigerators, salad bars, and other food storage areas
  • Sanitize and wash dishes, utensils, and equipment by hand
  • Prepare and portion food items, including heating and finishing simple dishes
  • Operate dishwashers and other kitchen equipment
  • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, and storage areas
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, including work surfaces, cupboards, and appliances
  • Sweep, mop, and polish floors
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment that requires physical stamina and the ability to work under pressure. As a member of our team, you will be expected to work 40 hours per week in a permanent position.
