Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at CANADA LIMITED. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, answering telephone calls and electronic enquiries, and maintaining inventory of office supplies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Answer electronic enquiries
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents

Work Environment: This is a fast-paced environment where you will work under pressure with tight deadlines. You must have strong attention to detail and be able to handle repetitive tasks with a large workload.

Requirements:

  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
  • Permanent employment
  • English as the primary language of work
  • 35 hours per week
