Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars
  • Answer and direct telephone calls, as well as respond to electronic enquiries
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
  • Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as required
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines and maintaining attention to detail
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role, or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software
