Restaurant Operations Manager

A & W Restaurant is seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our team and drive business growth. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, managing staff, and implementing strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Operational Excellence: Ensure seamless day-to-day operations, including managing inventory, maintaining high food quality, and adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Staff Management: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching and training to ensure excellent customer service and staff productivity.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities to increase sales, implement marketing strategies, and negotiate with suppliers to optimize costs.
- Financial Management: Manage cash flow, balance sheets, and reports to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with company policies.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a restaurant management role
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in financial management and marketing.
