About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Landscaping Supervisor to join our team at SB GARDENING & LANDSCAPING SERVICES. As a key member of our outdoor horticulture team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and maintenance of our landscaping projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive plans for landscaping projects, including planting, construction, and maintenance.
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the work of our outdoor horticulture team, ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
  • Client Communication: Liaise with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide regular updates on project progress.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to ensure that projects meet our quality standards and address any issues promptly.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the inventory of materials and equipment, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to complete projects efficiently.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all team members follow our health and safety protocols, and report any incidents or near-misses to management.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in outdoor horticulture or a related field
  • Language: English
Work Environment

This is an on-the-road job, requiring frequent travel to various project sites. You will be working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, and must be comfortable with physical activity and manual labor.
