At Tim Hortons, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant General Manager Assistant to join our team. This role is responsible for assisting the General Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service and driving sales growth.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management, with experience in supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness. As an assistant to the General Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting the General Manager in developing and implementing operational plans to achieve sales and profit targets;
  • Supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, including training and development programs to ensure high-quality service;
  • Maintaining accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, as well as preparing and submitting reports to the General Manager;
  • Ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing customer complaints or concerns, and resolving any issues promptly;
  • Coordinating maintenance and repair work to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant;
  • Participating in meetings and discussions with the General Manager and other team members to share ideas and best practices;

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience, plus benefits, including dental, health care, and vision care plans.
