Restaurant Assistant Manager

At SUBWAY SANDWICHES, we are seeking a skilled Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our restaurant operations, you will be responsible for evaluating daily operations, planning and organizing daily tasks, recruiting and supervising staff, and training new team members.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Plan and organize daily tasks to meet business objectives.
- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of 3-4 staff members.
- Set staff work schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
As a Restaurant Assistant Manager, you will be expected to maintain accurate records, demonstrate dependability, and possess excellent oral communication skills. This is a permanent position with a 33-40 hour workweek.
