Job Title: General Manager

Lone Star Texas Grill is seeking a skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our restaurant's daily operations, drive profitability, and maintain an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including sales, customer service, and staff management.
  • Work closely with the regional director to develop and implement business strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Recruit, hire, and train new staff members to ensure a high-performing team.
  • Manage employee schedules, ensuring adequate coverage and minimizing labor costs.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with guests, responding to feedback and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communicate shift priorities and responsibilities to staff, ensuring a smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Exemplify exceptional leadership skills, embodying the core values of People, Empowerment, Results, and Coaching.
  • Act as a problem solver and team player, multitasking and addressing issues promptly and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Previous supervisory and hospitality experience, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Standard First Aid and Food Handlers certification, with Smart Serve certification a plus.
  • Ability to remain physically active and busy throughout the shift, lifting items up to 30lbs as needed.
