About the Role

This is a part-time role that requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage various administrative tasks, including human resources, benefits administration, and IT asset management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain the company's HRIS system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee data.
  • Develop and implement corporate policies, including the Employee Handbook and Travel Policy.
  • Coordinate training programs and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Plan and execute company events, including corporate calendar updates and social events.
  • Oversee internal corporate communications and ensure clear and timely messaging.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources or Office Administration.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
