We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our team. As an HR Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the People & Culture department and employees regarding human resources-related activities, policies, processes, and procedures.

This role involves supporting employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, health & safety, training & development, and general employee record-keeping. The HR Assistant is an essential team player who ensures that HR processes align with organizational goals and comply with Ontario labor laws and employment standards.

Post-secondary education in a related field such as Human Resources or Business Administration
~1-2 years of experience working within an administrative HR role
~ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
~ Participation in our Retirement Saving Plan & Deferred Profit-Sharing Plan.
