Presbyterian Senior Living is seeking a knowledgeable, personable, compassionate and energetic HR professional to join our growing team.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum two years experience in Human Resources required
2. Prior experience in healthcare preferred
3. Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
4. Experience in a health care setting preferred
5. Knowledge of state and federal employment laws required
6. Talent Management and/or recruitment experience preferred
7. Prior experience with computerized human resources information and payroll systems preferred
8. Prior experience with benefits administration preferred

Responsibilities and Expectations:

1. Responsible for assisting in recruitment efforts at the community level.
2. Coordinates onboarding process.
3. Available to advise on interpretation of human resources policies and procedures.
4. Responsible for consistent application of human resources policies.
5. Processes all necessary new employee information in a timely manner.
6. Responsible for timekeeping and payroll at the community.
7. Conducts new employee orientation relative to employee policies, procedures and benefits.
8. Conducts benefit administration at the community level.
9. Maintains employee files, databases, and information (electronic and paper) per regulation and policy.
10. Assists with the development, implementation and execution of employee retention, appreciation, and recognition programs.
11. Responsible for Workers Compensation management in the community.
12. Completes OSHA record keeping requirements.
13. Oversees performance appraisal and wage programs at the community level.
14. Manages internal job posting process.
15. Ensure compliance of federal/state regulatory guidelines regarding wages, hours, child labor, etc.
16. Responsible for routine employment verifications, unemployment and other legitimate requests in accordance with organizational policy.
17. Maintains current professional and other license files/databases.
18. Coordinates employee meetings in accordance with regulatory and company requirements.
19. Schedules and documents exit interviews as necessary.
