About This Role

In this critical role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, providing expert guidance and support on our software. You will work closely with internal teams to resolve complex issues, develop strong relationships with clients, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level client service, developing strong relationships with clients and staff
  • Communicate proactively with CMiC teams to guide issues to resolution, leveraging your analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Participate in project and team meetings, driving collaboration and success across the organization
Requirements
  • College/University Degree
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A passion for exploring new software, ability to grasp new concepts and learn quickly
  • Extremely detail-oriented with the ability to manage and prioritize workflow
  • Facilitate communication of information between team members and Product Groups
