Customer Service Advocate

We're looking for a talented Customer Service Advocate to join our team at Europ Assistance Canada. As a Customer Service Advocate, you'll be the primary point of contact for clients with inquiries and concerns regarding their travel insurance policies.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of travel insurance products, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in customer service or a related field is an asset.
As a Customer Service Advocate, you'll be responsible for resolving client issues in a timely and professional manner, while also identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our travel insurance products. If you're customer-focused, have a positive attitude, and are committed to delivering exceptional client experiences, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell travel insurance products
- Collaborate with sales team to maintain and grow servicing of existing policies
- Provide pre- and on-trip advice to clients
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail
- Takes personal accountability for delivering superior client experience
- Communicate effectively with team members and managers
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education
- Superior oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of travel insurance products
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field
- Ability to adapt to fluctuating call volumes and prioritize work efficiently
Bilingual Requirement: Bilingual (English and French)
