**Your Opportunity**
As a Growth Account Manager at Deliverect, you will drive regional growth by managing and expanding our portfolio of businesses. Your role will involve:
- Nurturing existing accounts and identifying growth opportunities.
- Strategising to boost revenue through effective growth strategies.
- Cultivating and nurturing strategic partnerships with clients.
- Establishing and fostering enduring relationships with key client contacts.
- Conducting comprehensive analysis of customer usage data to identify areas for improvement.
- Utilizing advanced data analytics tools to track and interpret KPIs.
- Developing insightful reports and presentations to demonstrate ROI.
- Leading negotiations for contract renewals.
Your Expertise
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A proven ability to develop and nurture strong relationships with existing customers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A deep understanding of the order management industry.
- Skill at navigating internal stakeholders and advocating for customers' needs.
- A comprehensive understanding of Deliverect's product portfolio.
- The ability to identify opportunities to introduce new products or features to existing customers.
- Proficiency in utilizing customer data and analytics platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of APIs, integrations, POS systems, and third-party delivery services.
Additional Information
This is a full-time, hybrid role requiring 3 days in our downtown Toronto office and 2 days working from home. Candidates should thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
