Job Title: Catering Manager

Job Summary:

Fox Harb'r Resort is a 5-star luxury property nestled along the coast of the Northumberland Strait in Nova Scotia. We are seeking a skilled Catering Manager to join our team and provide exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and execute corporate and incentive markets for Fox Harb'r Resort
* Provide a one-stop-shop for clients, including writing contracts, setting up room blocks, and catering files
* Collect deposits, prepare banquet event orders, and ensure the detailed execution of events by the banqueting staff
* Work closely with the Director of Catering & Conference Services to assign customer accounts and provide details to all stakeholders in a timely manner

Requirements:

* At least 2 years of experience in catering and/or conference services
* Knowledge of resort suites, food and beverage products, and meeting room capabilities
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
* Computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
* Exceptional organizational and detailed-oriented skills
