Catering Manager

At Fox Harb'r Resort, we are seeking a highly skilled Catering Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Conference Services department, you will be responsible for managing and executing corporate and incentive events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage room blocks and space blocks for assigned groups
- Negotiate food and beverage prices, function space, and hotel services within approved departmental booking guidelines
- Attend weekly BEO and Resume meetings to ensure seamless event execution
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to facilitate future business
- Coordinate with planners to develop service schedules for events and customer event resumes
- Ensure compliance with Resort operating controls and seek innovative ways to improve performance
Requirements:
- 2+ years of catering and/or conference services experience
- Knowledge of resort suites, food and beverage products, and meeting room capabilities
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
