Key Responsibilities- Provide expert support to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software-related issues, escalating complex problems to senior team members as needed.
- Log all service desk issues and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Identify and communicate customer recommendations and concerns to the project manager and account manager team leaders.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates of our ERP system, providing training and support to customers as required.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience with ERP systems and construction management software is an asset.
- Eligible to work in Canada.
