About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Software Support Specialist to join our team at Plexxis Software. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective technical support to clients via phone, email, and in-person
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to our Drywall ERP software
  • Develop and deliver training sessions to clients on the use of our software
  • Collaborate with our development team to identify and resolve software issues
  • Contribute to the development of new software features and enhancements
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in construction or a related field
  • Strong technical skills and ability to learn new software quickly
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
