About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Support Specialist to join our team at Plexxis Software. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing timely and efficient support to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert support to customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with our Plexxis ERP system
  • Log and track customer service requests
  • Communicate customer feedback and recommendations to our development team
  • Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Requirements
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of the drywall and ceiling industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business or related field preferred
