Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot software issues, escalating complex problems to senior team members as needed
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Plexxis software and its applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to provide innovative solutions to customers
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in software support or technical services
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong technical skills, with a focus on software applications and troubleshooting
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
