About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Support Specialist to join our team at Plexxis Software. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing timely and efficient support to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert support to customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot software-related issues, escalating complex problems to senior team members as needed
  • Log and track customer service requests, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
Requirements
  • Strong technical skills, with experience in software support and customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. computer science, business) preferred
