About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Support Specialist to join our team at Plexxis Software. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing timely and efficient support to our customers, resolving software-related questions and issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Resolve software-related questions and issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with our development team to identify and troubleshoot software issues
  • Communicate customer feedback and recommendations to our product development team
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates of our Plexxis ERP system
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong technical skills and ability to learn new software systems quickly
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Experience with construction management software and drywall estimating software a plus
