Deputy Community Outreach Commissioner: Marketing and Events Coordinator

Job Summary:
The Arts & Science Undergraduate Society is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to serve as the Deputy Community Outreach Commissioner: Marketing. This role will play a crucial part in managing and promoting the marketing efforts for 12 Community Outreach Committees and their respective events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy and Execution: Design and implement comprehensive marketing plans for each of the 12 Community Outreach Committees to enhance event visibility and community engagement.
- Committee Support: Maintain a minimum of 5 office hours per week to provide assistance and support to committee needs.
- Recruitment and Selection: Assist in the recruitment and selection process for Community Outreach Committee Chairs.
- Commission Meetings and Events: Join weekly meetings with the Community Outreach Commissioner to stay aligned with strategic goals and updates, and lead the organization of the annual Silent Auction and the Supper Series initiative.
- Event Planning and Execution: Aid in planning and executing Commission-wide meetings, events, and initiatives.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Time Commitment: 8-month term with a time commitment of 4-6 hours/week.
- Remuneration: Payouts will be in accordance with the Human Resources Honoraria Policy Grid 9.05.02.
