Job DescriptionWe are seeking passionate and caring Registered Practical Nurses/Licensed Practical Nurses to join our team as Clinical Care Specialists. As a Clinical Care Specialist, you will use your clinical skills to ensure that our clients receive the highest quality home health care, they need and deserve delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability, in the comfort and safety of their homes.
You will be responsible for providing one-on-one homecare services, using mobile applications for easy documentation and strong communication. Our efficient work schedules allow for more care time and less travel, making it easier for you to provide exceptional care to our clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing and hold a current registration with the provincial licensing body
