Compensation PackageWe offer a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience. This includes a HOOPP Pension Plan and tuition reimbursement opportunities.
Job DescriptionIn this role, you will provide high-quality patient care as part of our Medical Integrated Program, working alongside a dynamic team of RNs, RPNs, and PSWs. You will have the opportunity to cross-train between three floors, allowing you to learn new roles and contribute to your colleagues' growth and development.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuing education and personal development in nursing
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a patient-friendly approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work all shifts and maintain a reliable attendance record
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A graduate degree from an accredited college nursing program
- Current registration and good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- At least two years of experience in a medical/surgical setting
