Nail Salon Supervisor Job Description

Kenny's Nail Spa is seeking a skilled Nail Salon Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nail salon, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of quality in our services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule work and coordinate activities with other work units or departments
  • Monitor quality and production levels, ensuring our nail technicians meet the highest standards
  • Supervise the operation of mechanical equipment and machinery, ensuring they are properly maintained and cleaned
  • Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Wash or dry-clean industrial or household articles, maintaining a clean and organized workspace
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the nail industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
