Nail Salon Supervisor Job Description

Kenny's Nail Spa is seeking a skilled Nail Salon Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our nail salon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and quality service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule Work: Plan and coordinate the work schedule for our nail technicians to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Arrange for regular maintenance and repair of our equipment and machinery to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Co-ordination: Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Quality Control: Monitor quality and production levels to ensure that our standards are met and exceeded.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Oversee the cleaning of specialty and difficult items to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Mechanical Equipment: Supervise the operation of mechanical equipment and machinery to ensure safe and efficient use.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of our nail technicians, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
Supervision:

As a Nail Salon Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 people, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance goals and objectives.
