Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule work and coordinate activities with other work units or departments
  • Monitor quality and production levels, and oversee cleaning of specialty and difficult items
  • Supervise the operation of mechanical equipment and machinery, and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Recruit, supervise, and coordinate the activities of workers, and provide diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment
  • Develop and maintain relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses, and organizations, and provide cultural competency training to all employees
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Flexibility and initiative, with a client-focused approach
