Nail Salon Supervisor Job Description

Kenny's Nail Spa is seeking a skilled Nail Salon Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our nail salon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and quality of service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule work and arrange for maintenance and repair work to ensure the salon runs smoothly.
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to achieve team goals.
  • Monitor quality and production levels to maintain the highest standards.
  • Supervise the operation of mechanical equipment and machinery, and oversee cleaning of specialty and difficult items.
  • Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
  • Wash or dry-clean industrial or household articles as needed.
Supervision:

As a Nail Salon Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising 3-4 people and providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their job requirements.
