About the Role

Appoint Staffing is a dynamic staffing agency seeking a skilled Recruitment Specialist to assist in the hiring of a Contingent Labor Workforce for our esteemed clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong recruitment background and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct intake meetings with clients to determine applicant skills and qualification standards.
  • Manage the entire recruiting cycle, including job description creation, publishing of Job Ads, targeted recruitment, interviewing, and candidate screening.
  • Update clients on all hiring progress.
  • Assist clients or client relations managers at every stage of the hiring process.
  • Develop and maintain a talent pipeline to meet present and future client demands.
  • Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks as orders are received from clients.
  • Assist management in evaluating top personnel for established positions.
  • Conduct tests and train workers on guidelines provided by clients.
  • Conduct background checks, reference checks, and create/maintain all necessary documents.
  • Assist hiring Managers and Client Relation Managers with gathering contractor time and approving timesheets.
  • Recruit college, university, and other educational institution graduates as needed.
  • Examine the database for registered candidates, schedule interviews, and place personnel as needed.
  • Inform candidates of the selection process, its outcomes, and make employment offers accordingly.
  • Brief Managers and new staff members on hiring practices.
