Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Officer to join our team at RELIABLE STAFFING. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment and staffing process, ensuring that we attract and retain top talent to support our business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Staffing
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top candidates
    • Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop solutions
  • Staffing Administration
    • Manage employee records, including personnel files and benefits administration
    • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures related to staffing and recruitment
  • Employee Engagement
    • Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to improve morale and retention
    • Provide training and development opportunities to support employee growth and development
    • Collaborate with management to identify and address employee concerns
Requirements
  • Education
    • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent
  • Experience
    • 1-2 years of experience in human resources, recruitment, or a related field
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Language

The primary language of work is English.
