Job Title: Staffing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator to join our team at EZCARE NURSING AGENCY. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, collecting and screening applicants, and advising job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements and develop strategies to meet them.
  • Collect and screen applicants, ensuring that all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Advise job applicants on employment requirements, terms and conditions of employment, and company policies.
  • Review candidate inventories and notify applicants of the results of the selection process.
  • Prepare job offers and ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed.
  • Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures.
  • Supervise personnel clerks performing filing, typing, and record-keeping duties.
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Windows, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
