About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Cadre Staffing Inc. As a key member of our staffing team, you will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements and developing strategies to meet them.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staffing Planning: Analyze business needs and develop comprehensive staffing plans to ensure adequate talent acquisition and retention.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various recruitment channels to identify and attract top talent, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Interviewing and Selection: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for the role.
  • Onboarding and Training: Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and implement effective onboarding and training programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate the performance of new hires and provide coaching and development opportunities to improve job performance.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Windows, MS Excel, and MS Word.
