Key Responsibilities

As a Production Management and Support Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for handling a range of tasks, including end user support, systems monitoring, incident management, and problem management.

You will build extensive business and application knowledge to support client-facing applications.

You will diagnose and resolve application issues to ensure optimal performance and usability.

You will identify and implement automation to reduce toil, improve efficiency, and eliminate customer impact.

You will provide root cause analysis with recommendations for improvements.

You will configure application monitors using industry standard monitoring tools, as well as develop customized monitoring solutions.

You will interface with clients and other technology teams to provide governance and control around the production environment.

You will manage and coordinate outage calls and significant incidents, and provide communication within a floor environment.

You will act as a primary escalation/communication point between Application development teams and Business Units.

You will initiate, grow, and shape processes, procedures, and strategies to make the team more efficient.
