About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Executive Chef Supervisor to join our team at Nh1 Dhaba. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items.
Key Responsibilities- Establish efficient methods to meet kitchen work schedules
- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports on kitchen operations
This is a fast-paced environment with a permanent work term. The successful candidate will work 35 hours per week in a dynamic setting where they will have the opportunity to grow and develop their skills.
Requirements- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including comprehensive health and dental insurance, retirement savings plan, and opportunities for professional development.
