Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead our industrial operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing maintenance activities, implementing long-range plans for improvement, and providing technical assistance to supported manufacturing departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement effective maintenance strategies to optimize equipment performance and reduce downtime.
  • Supervise a team of maintenance personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless execution of tasks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address safety concerns, quality issues, and cost reduction opportunities.
  • Analyze equipment malfunction data to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain schedules and quality requirements to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Train and develop employees to enhance their skills and knowledge, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field preferred.
  • 5-7 years of experience in maintenance management, with a strong background in mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Proven track record of success in supervising multi-trade workforces and implementing process improvements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner with senior management to analyze and solve complex problems.
  • Able to work well under pressure, prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Salary Estimate

$85,000 - $115,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
