Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, ensuring they are meeting sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
    • Recruit, train, and develop sales staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Store Operations
    • Oversee the daily operations of the store, including receiving and stocking merchandise, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
    • Authorize returns and exchanges, and resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
    • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, and develop strategies to improve sales performance.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive excellent service, and that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
    • Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a fair and timely manner.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and management skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
    • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
