We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Manager to join our team at Otto's Service Centre Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Automotive Service Manager will be responsible for leading our service team, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Direct and control daily service operations, evaluate performance, and plan for future growth.
  • Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer experience, resolve issues promptly, and maintain a positive reputation.
  • Staff Management: Manage a team of service advisors, technicians, and support staff, providing guidance, training, and feedback.
  • Business Development: Analyze market trends, develop marketing strategies, and implement plans to increase sales and revenue.
  • Financial Management: Plan budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure financial stability.
  • Recruitment and Training: Recruit, hire, and train staff, as well as conduct performance reviews.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in a service management role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
