Car-On Auto is seeking an exceptional Automotive Service Advisor to join our team at Car-On Automotive Group.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional service to our customers, greeting and welcoming them, and actively listening to their concerns
  • Collaborate with technicians to identify necessary maintenance and repairs
  • Prepare repair orders, enter them into our database system, and close orders by providing the necessary repairs and services
  • Provide customers with personalized service recommendations, including estimated costs
  • Ensure customer satisfaction meets our company and manufacturer standards
  • Work towards meeting the department's repair order production standards
  • Perform other service-related duties as required

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual – English and French is a must
  • Valid driver's license and insurance required
  • Minimum of 1 year of retail customer service experience
  • Automotive sector experience is a strong asset
  • Excellent customer service and listening skills
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
  • Experience with warranty administration is an asset
  • Strong computer skills are an asset

Work Schedule:

Our Service hours are Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm.

Work Location:

In person.
