As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are met.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
* Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
* Hire and train food service staff
* Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
* Prepare budget and cost estimates
* Address customers' complaints or concerns
* Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
* Prepare and submit reports

Requirements:

* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Physically demanding role
