Restaurant Operations Manager

Achieve operational excellence as a Restaurant Manager at AJIO KOREAN & JAPANESE RESTAURANT. We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Service Development: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to deliver high-quality experiences.
- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
- Performance Evaluation: Conduct performance reviews to assess team members' skills and provide constructive feedback for growth.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient supply chain management.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and provide exceptional customer service to build loyalty.
- Event Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure seamless event execution.
- Supervision: Lead a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance and support to achieve operational excellence.
- Transportation and Travel: Utilize public transportation available in the area.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks, standing for extended periods.
- Experience: Possess 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a permanent position and 30 hours of work per week.
