Job Summary

SAANCHI FOOD INC. is seeking a skilled Culinary Professional to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste.
  • Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, taking into account their specific dietary needs.
  • Special Meal Preparation: Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by a dietitian or chef, adhering to strict nutritional guidelines.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our customers.
  • Staff Training: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, promoting a culture of excellence and quality.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Clean kitchen and work areas, maintaining a clean and organized environment that meets our high standards.
